A Simple Process

Step 1

Your patient is given an instruction slip with a phone number to call, and their own unique, private code that will allow them to access their information.

Step 2

Your staff records the confidential information by simply using a touch tone phone.

The patient may then call the system any time day or night for up to 30 days.  Following very simple phone prompts, they may access their confidential information.
